Recordings of Online Seminars

These online recordings consist of book readings with commentary, usually lasting one hour. The text is displayed on the screen as we unpack the meaning. As with the Book Studies, the links in the titles below bring up a Dropbox folder that typically contains video and audio recordings as well as related reading or graphic material. The recordings are featured in chronological order, as the courses have been delivered.​

A weekend seminar on how we should understand how the Middle Way allows for a direct, open insight into the nature of phenomena, as they appear, and as they are. Khyentse Wangpo summarises the Seven Points of Mind Training practice from Atisha’s lineage in this pithy aspiration prayer. Presented along with Chögyam Trungpa’s translation of the 59 mind training slogans. Video, audio and related material are available.

Eight Verses of Training the Mind by Langritangpa Dorje Senge (September, 2021)

A one-day seminar of this pith instruction from the great Kadampa master on how to train our mind in  bodhicitta in even the most difficult circumstances. Video, audio and related material are available.

This essential sutra is taught in all Mahayana traditions, as it cuts through the beliefs the drive confusion and suffering.

Heart of the Mantra Path With Chögyam Trungpa and Dilgo Khyentse (November, 2022)

A two-day seminar on Vajrayana practice based on the Rain of Blessings practice. Includes an introduction to Guru Rinpoche by Trungpa Rinpoche and a commentary on the text by Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche.
